Delete Account (User & Driver)

You can permanently delete your GadiMart account at any time. This applies to both User and Driver accounts. Once deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

To provide delivery services, we collect personal identifiers including your full name, mobile number, and email address for account verification and booking updates.

2. Geolocation & Logistics Data

The platform utilizes real-time tracking to facilitate efficient parcel movement. We collect pickup and drop-off coordinates shared with assigned drivers solely during active bookings.

3. Payment & Transaction Security

Financial transactions are securely processed through integrated encrypted gateways. We maintain a zero-storage policy regarding sensitive banking credentials or UPI PINs.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to request permanent deletion of your account and associated data via support.

5. Communication

We send critical service alerts regarding your delivery status. Non-essential communication can be managed in user settings.

6. Sharing of Information

Your data is never sold. It is only shared with necessary service providers such as mapping services and payment processors to operate the platform.

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Marketplace

GadiMart operates as a digital marketplace connecting users with third-party transport partners. We facilitate bidding but do not employ drivers directly.

2. Information Integrity

Users must provide verified coordinates. Any loss resulting from incorrect location data or inaccurate descriptions is the user's responsibility.

3. Prohibited Goods

Transport of illegal substances, hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, or high-value currency is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Escrow

All fees must be processed through the platform. Bypassing the system via direct cash payments is a violation of terms.

5. Cancellation & Fees

Cancellations made after a driver has accepted a bid and reached the vicinity may incur a nominal cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not liable for parcel damage or disputes between users and drivers. Users should inspect parcels before providing the delivery OTP.
