Users must provide verified coordinates. Any loss resulting from incorrect location data or inaccurate descriptions is the user's responsibility.
Transport of illegal substances, hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, or high-value currency is strictly prohibited.
All fees must be processed through the platform. Bypassing the system via direct cash payments is a violation of terms.
Cancellations made after a driver has accepted a bid and reached the vicinity may incur a nominal cancellation fee.
The platform is not liable for parcel damage or disputes between users and drivers. Users should inspect parcels before providing the delivery OTP.

Refunds: Payments for cancelled bids (before driver arrival) are initiated immediately and reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Policy: Delivery is fulfilled once the independent partner reaches the drop-off coordinate and the user provides the OTP.
